Atrium Real Estate Services specializes in single and multi-parcel appraisals. We have completed a multitude of appraisal projects for TxDOT, the City of Austin, the City of Cedar Park, Williamson County, Travis County and others which has familiarized our appraisers with the guidelines, issues and skills necessary to complete single and multi-parcel projects.

During 2006 and 2007, Atrium Real Estate Services successfully completed over 25 multi-parcel appraisal projects with a range of 10 to 120 parcels per project. All appraisals are completed in-house by Atrium Real Estate Services’ staff and we have developed an extensive list of references throughout the 19+ years that we have been in business.

We find that necessary objectives in multi-parcel projects are to maintain organization and consistency, constant communication and a thoroughly researched final product. We have seen many projects into the final eminent domain phase of litigation and are experienced in providing pre-litigation support as well as expert testimony.

The appraisal background of Atrium Real Estate Services is extensive and is solidly based on the timeliness and quality of our product. Seven of our appraisers are Texas Certified General Appraisers and three are Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).

Our staff is very active with the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association as members and in leadership positions. The 2009 National President of the Appraisal Institute, Jim Amorin, MAI, SRA, SR/WA is Vice President of Atrium Real Estate Services, and the President of Atrium Real Estate Services, Lory R. Johnson, MAI, SR/WA is the IRWA Austin Chapter Vice-President. Additionally, Jim Amorin, MAI, SRA, SR/WA and Denise Skinner, SR/WA are committee chairs for the local IRWA chapter. Three of Atrium Real Estate Services' appraisers are designated through the IRWA as SR/WA's and the additional appraisers are actively pursuing the SR/WA designation.
