Our History
Atrium Real Estate Services is a
registered corporation within the State of Texas and has
been owned and operated by Lory R. Johnson, MAI, SR/WA since
October 1991. Our appraisal backgrounds are extensive.
Qualifications of Lory R. Johnson, MAI, SR/WA and other
appraisers on staff are included herein. Atrium Real
Estate Services is committed to maintaining a qualified
appraisal staff. All of Atrium's appraisal assignments
are completed in-house. We are not affiliated with any
other appraisal firm.
Atrium is home based in Austin, Texas. Our office
maintains commercial and residential divisions,
providing appraisals and reviews in Austin and
surrounding areas. Commercial real estate appraisals
have been completed on various properties including
single and multi-tenant office and retail projects,
vacant land, multi-family, shopping centers, industrial
properties and large-scale single family and mixed-use
subdivisions. In addition, we have expertise in a
variety of special use properties including marinas,
cemeteries, restaurants, bowling alleys, churches,
retirement centers/nursing homes, day care centers,
veterinary clinics and utility companies. Residential
real estate appraisals are completed on homes of all
values, for conventional and USDA loans. We are also
active in litigation support and eminent domain
assignments and have participated as expert witnesses.
Atrium Real Estate Services is certified with the City
of Austin as a Woman-Owned Business and with the State
of Texas General Services Commission as a Historically
Underutilized Business (HUB). In addition, Atrium is
certified with the Texas Department of Transportation
and Capital Metro as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
(DBE). Copies of these certificates are contained
herein.
